You Are Enough

Twilight was walking around the fields surrounding Ponyville jut as Princess Celestia began to lower the sun in the sky. She was having a wonderful time studying the flora and fauna of the local fields. She couldn't wait to tell Spike of her fascinating finds. But as she headed back through the tall grass and flowers she heard a horrible sound. Somepony sobbing horrendously. Across the field she noticed a shaking pile of pink fur. A familiar shade of pink.
"Pinkie Pie? Pinkie what's wrong?!" Twilight ran to her friend. When she arrived at her pink friend's side she noticed the mare's mane hung straight. A sure sign something had gone terribly wrong.
Pinkie lifted her head that was buried in her folded legs at the sound of her friend's voice. "oh.. hi Twilight. Well you remember that new stallion in town, Boulder Flash ?"
"Oh yes, the one who ordered the huge cake when I was at the Sugarcube Corner last week?"
"Yes. Well I wanted to be friends with him. No. I wanted to be MOOORE than friends Twi. I've never wanted to be friends with a pony more than I've wanted to be friends with him. And we've been talking for the last week. And we were here in the meadow watching the sunset make the sky pretty colors..." another huge round of sobs racked the party pony's body. Twilight leaned closer.
"What happened Pinkie?"
"He said he wanted to hear EVERYTHING about me. And Twilight, i think i said too much. I told him all about my friends Madame Leflour, Mr. Turnip, Rocky, and Sir Lintsalot and he.... he... HE CALLED ME PSYCHO!! HE SAID I WAS INSANE AND NEVER WANTED TO TALK TO ME EVER AGAIN!!!!!!" Pinkie buried her head in her hooves and moaned.
Twilight Sparkle sighed and pulled her friend close. "Pinkie Pie i know it's hard to be rejected by somepony you want to be your special somepony, especially for something you can't help. But you need to know that those things he said isn't true. You are a wonderful, sweet mare with the biggest heart in all of Ponyville. And if he can't see that.." the purple pony wrapped a foreleg around her friend's shoulder, "then he isn't worth it. A true friend or special somepony will love you just the way you are because you are perfect just the way you are. And you always will be in my eyes."
Slowly Twilight saw the color come back to her friend and finally her hair bounced into it's wild curls with an almost audible boing. Pinkie Pie looked up at the holder of the element of magic and smiled a weak little smile.
"You're such a good friend Twilight. I love you."
"I love you too."

anyway there's my little story based on my experiences being rejected due to my illness. I relate to Pinkie Pie a lot. All the tests I've taken says i'm her too. Anyway, i hope you like it.


*EDIT* i didn't make this to depict Twilight and Pinkie as a couple.. but if you want to use your imagination and pretend it is more power to ya. Just don't try to submit this to a shipping site.. this is representing me (who is like pinkie) and my SISTER (who is a lot like twilight) sharing a bonding moment. anywho.. just saying. and thanks for all the compliment and faves! never expected this to get so much attention! :3
